Well I think it depends where I live. For example, people who live in the house they usually plant pine trees or make fence around their houses. Also, if they live in an apartment, they don't need to mark boundaries because there are not public room for them.

There are different ingredients inside the dumpling which stand for different kinds of good wishes.
